Project: To create brand and marketing material for a development of 232 apartments and penthouses in the heart of Ashford, Kent. We created the name, brand identity, hoardings, marketing suite, press advertising, on-line advertising, website, E-newsletters, brochures and promotional items. The entire first phase of the scheme sold out well ahead of the target date. We are currently working on phase 2 which involves the creation of a premium sub-brand to market the penthouses.
